About Me

I have a passion for helping others and serving my community. While living in Chicago, I worked on grant-writing efforts that resulted in more than $4 million in awarded funds and prepared proposals totaling over $10 million. I’ve implemented programs focused on DEI, staff volunteering, and internships. I earned a B.S. in Developmental Psychology and dual master’s degrees in Child Development from Erikson Institute and in Child Law & Policy from Loyola University. In my free time, you’ll find me baking sweet treats and taking flights.

Kind Words

“ Lauren provided the guidance and support we needed to establish Monochromatic Mommies in both New Mexico and South Carolina and successfully navigate the process of obtaining our federal 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. Lauren has also supported us with our grant efforts, helping us identify opportunities and strengthen our applications.

What I value most about working with Lauren is that she doesn't just approach nonprofit consulting from a technical perspective. She takes the time to understand the mission, the vision, and the heart behind the organization. She has helped me move from simply having an idea and a passion for serving families to building an organization with the structure and foundation to truly grow.

I’m grateful for Lauren’s expertise, professionalism, and continued support of Monochromatic Mommies. I would absolutely recommend Rose’s Consulting to nonprofit founders and organizations looking for someone who understands both the work behind building a nonprofit and the purpose behind why we do it".”
